Firstly , I sms her like last november telling her to do payment w. me for the m)phosis tote bag, then she confirmed the date/timing/location etc which was to meet @ woodlands , 2pm. I rushed there from Orchard . Then I waited for about 1hr , and she didnt even arrived, not even bothered to msg me . So I left , went home & texted her. However , she replied a few hours later apologising that she had some personal problems . Fine , then I told her msg me back when she arranged the date. And you know what !? she didnt reply me until a few weeks, so I decided to mail her. But I didnt get a reply from her till very long so I mailed her repeatedly , even her handphone, yet to no avail :o I was damn angry already, cause my customer was complaining . Finally , after many weeks , I finally got to contact her. And guess what !? she wanted to confirm meetup with me on the same day as when she will meet supplier so she kept texting me , spamming my phone -.- Now I've realised she purposely ignoring my msg le , wtf . so fine , I decided to meet her for payment on that day. I was late as I had mass meetups , so she was kind enough to come to my convinience. So finally , my customer received good news. Then , she said the bag will arrive 1 week after payment , which I made on a thursday. so I counted till the following week , trying to confirm the collection date with her, but she didnt reply me , as usual . So I decided to ignore her awhile until she reply , but she didnt . I spammed her mail repeatedly as I was damn pissed off by her super slow service -'- yet no reply. So I decided to tag her as she would often check her blogshop. Then she told me her supplier "scammed" her , and thus , she can only refund me HALF the money . Wtf la ? Then I asked her when I can get the other half , she told me I have to wait. It has been over 2 weeks already , and yet she cant fork out the other $10.25 ? -.- Gosh , I was really mad . Then she told me she will mail me when to collect money from her, till today , no response . So yeah girl , you really piss me off . My customer waited for almost 2 months , and you barely reply me :o Sorry I've blacklisted you , I will remove your whitelist unless you refund me back the money asap .
